Rahul Gandhi Flays Centre For Not Providing Adequate Aid To Kerala

Congress President Rahul Gandhi today accused the Centre of not providing adequate assistance to flood-hit Kerala, saying he was "sad" about the BJP-led NDA government's approach on the issue.
