Manohar Parrikar Clearing Files From Hospital: Goa Minister

Even as Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar is undergoing treatment at AIIMS for a pancreatic ailment, the administrative work in the state is not hampered as he is clearing files from the hospital.
