Bharat Ratna For Ambedkar Out Of Compulsion, Not Dil Se: Asaduddin Owaisi

BR Ambdekar was conferred with the Bharat Ratna, India's highest civilian honour, out of compulsion and not by heart, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said on Sunday.
