31.74 Per Cent Voter Turnout Recorded Till 1 PM In Maharashtra

An average 31.74 per cent voter turnout was recorded till 1 pm in Maharashtra's 17 seats today as polling for the fourth and last phase of Lok Sabha elections in the state was underway.
