Ex-Kolkata Top Cop Skips CBI Summons In Chit Fund Case, Says On Leave

Former Kolkata police chief Rajeev Kumar did not appear for a meeting with CBI officials in Kolkata today despite a summon sent to him on Sunday night in connection with the Saradha chit fund scam.
