UP Police Sends Legal Notice To Twitter India Head Over Assault Video: Report

The Uttar Pradesh Police has sent a legal notice to Twitter India's Managing Editor for "provoking communal unrest" on the assault on a Muslim man in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad earlier this month.
