On Camera, Teacher Kicks Student, Beats Him With Stick In Tamil Nadu

The teacher, caught on camera assaulting a student, was arrested in Tamil Nadu's Cuddalore district today and charged under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
