BJP Worker Seen On Camera Thrashing Mentally Ill Man Who Died, Arrested

Police said that the elderly man, Bhanwarlal Jain, was from Sarsi in Ratlam district and went missing on May 15 after a visit to a religious event in Rajasthan.
