Law Violation, Treat Russian Crew Fairly: Moscow On US Tanker Seizure

Russia said on Wednesday that the US seizure of a Russian-flagged oil tanker in the Atlantic was a violation of maritime law, and a senior lawmaker described it as "outright piracy".
