India's Second Spaceport To Be In Tamil Nadu's Thoothukdi: ISRO Chief

India's second spaceport for launching small satellites would be located in Tamil Nadu's Thoothukudi district, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) chief K Sivan said on Wednesday.
