Fleeing Noida Politician, Who Abused Woman, Changed Cities, Cars, Mobiles

After fleeing Noida, politician Shrikant Tyagi first went to the airport in Delhi to escape police arrest and quickly reach Lucknow, officials said on Tuesday.
